# 💳 Cancellation & Refund Policy
To ensure a smooth experience for all participants and help us secure reservations in advance, the following cancellation policy applies:
### ✅ Full Refund
- Cancel**7 days or more before the meetup**to receive a**100% refund**.
### ✅ Partial Refund
- Cancel**3–6 days before the meetup**to receive a**50% refund**.
### ❌ No Refund
- Cancellations made**less than 72 hours before the meetup**are non-refundable.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
### 🌧 Weather-Related Cancellation
- If the meetup is canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, river restrictions, or other circumstances determined by the organizer, participants will receive:
-**A full refund**, or
- The option to**reschedule to another available date**.
### 📩 Cancellation Requests
- All cancellation requests must be submitted through the NomadHer platform or by contacting the organizer before the applicable cancellation deadline.
