Cancellations requested up to 10 days before the event: Full refund
i.e.) If the trip takes place on Nov 11th, you would be eligible for a full refund up until Nov 1st.
Cancellation requested between 10 and 4 days before the event: 50% refund
i.e) if the trip takes place on Nov 11th, you would be eligible for a 50% refund until Nov 7th.
Subsequent requests less than 3 days before the event: No refund
*Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the date of refund request.
