All cancellation requests must be sent in email to aloha@nomadher.com. The date of the cancellation request is the date when the email is received.
Cancellations requested up to 12 days before the event: Full refund
Cancellation requested between 12 and 6 days before the event: 50% refund
Subsequent requests less than 5 days before the event: No refund
*Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the date of refund request.
