NomadHer is a leading app that empowers female globetrotters to travel safely and confidently. In line with our mission, “Empowering Women Through Travel,” we are excited to announce the upcoming NomadHer Female Globetrotter Festival in Paris, an event celebrating the spirit of women’s travel.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Event Planning & Partnership Intern to support the CEO, Hyojeong, in planning the upcoming 2026 Paris Female Globetrotter Festival.

You will contribute to the strategic planning of the 2026 Paris festival alongside NomadHer team members. It would be beneficial if the intern’s schedule overlaps with the Korean team’s working hours for at least three hours per day, considering the eight-hour time difference. You will work closely with NomadHer CEO Hyojeong.

This is a paid internship position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the CEO with daily tasks related to strategic planning and goal setting
  • Assist in planning and coordinating research & development proposals and funding preparation for 2026
  • Support marketing and promotional activities across multiple channels
  • Engage with the community and potential attendees through social media and other platforms
  • Help manage on-site event logistics to ensure a smooth experience for speakers, attendees, and partners
  • Collaborate with vendors and partners to deliver event requirements
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and contribute to reports on outcomes and key learnings

Who You Are:

  • An organized and creative individual with a passion for event management and marketing
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, event management, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, with native-level proficiency in French and English
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
  • Proactive and eager to take on new challenges, with a can-do attitude
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Available to work in Paris in the months leading up to and during the festival
  • Demonstrated interest in events, marketing, or the travel industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with event management software is a plus
