7+ days before the meetup: Full refund (100%).
3–6 days before the meetup: 50% refund.
Less than 72 hours before the meetup: No refund.
No-shows or late arrivals: No refund.
If the meetup is canceled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather or operational reasons), participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
