📍 Busan Station Workation Hub

Participants will arrive in Busan and check in at the Busan Station Workation Hub at 3:00 PM. The program will begin with a welcoming orientation introducing the full itinerary, workspace facilities, and practical guidelines, followed by a relaxed networking session where participants can meet and get to know one another.

*All participants MUST check in at the Busan Station Workation Hub by 3:00 PM.

Kick off the journey with an icebreaking and networking session, followed by the opening of the She Can Found Anywhere | Female Entrepreneurship Busan Initiative 2026. This will be a relaxed opportunity to meet fellow participants, get to know one another, and learn about the days ahead.

A private van arranged by NomadHer will pick up participants and provide transportation to the hotel.

Check in, settle into your room, and enjoy a little time to rest and refresh before dinner.

Meet again at the lobby/meeting point (TBD), and we’ll head to the dinner location together!(Please wear comfortable shoes, just in case we need to walk a little along the way.)

Enjoy our first evening together with a warm welcome dinner near Busan’s beautiful coastline. The venue will be located around Yeongdo, Taejongdae, or the Seo-gu area (TBD).

* Dietary requirements and food preferences will be collected through the participant application in advance. Please note that the menu will mainly feature local seafood and vegetable-based dishes, as we would love to introduce you to Busan’s authentic local flavors. If you are vegan or have specific dietary needs, we will still carefully prepare suitable vegetable options for you.

Throughout the dinner, we encourage you to connect openly with the women around you, exchange stories and perspectives, and explore what female leadership looks like across different cultures, careers, and life experiences.

We hope these conversations inspire you to empower one another, build meaningful connections, and carry the energy and connections from Busan with you beyond this experience.

Transportation Support

For a smooth and relaxing experience, NomadHer will provide private transportation from the Workation Hub to the hotel, from the hotel to the dinner venue, and back to the hotel after dinner. You can simply settle in, enjoy the evening, and let us take care of the journey.

Travel together to BEXCO, where BOUNCE × FLY ASIA Conference 2026 will take place.

BOUNCE × FLY ASIA 2026, one of Korea’s leading startup and innovation conferences, and connects with founders, investors, entrepreneurs, and global leaders from Korea and around the world. A special highlight will be the Global Women Founder Talk Show, featuring inspiring women leaders from the startup, venture capital, and accelerator sectors.

Selected NomadHer participants will also have the opportunity to take the BOUNCE x NomadHer stage as featured speakers, sharing their own stories, ideas, and perspectives with the BOUNCE community from all over the world. 

5–8 speakers will be selected based on their proposed topics, such as female leadership, innovation, startup journeys, global experiences, and inspiring personal stories, as well as their public-speaking readiness and preparation.

Whether you are an experienced speaker or ready to challenge yourself on a bigger stage, this is your moment to step forward and share your voice.

NomadHer participants are invited to join a private evening event hosted by BOUNCE, offering a special opportunity to connect, network, and build meaningful relationships in a stunning location overlooking the Haeundae coastline at night.

This evening will be a chance to expand your network, meet inspiring people, and connect with other specially invited guests from the event community. Enjoy meaningful conversations, new perspectives, and the vibrant energy of Busan’s evening atmosphere.

- The Bay 101, Haeundae (TBD — the final venue may vary depending on the organizer’s event arrangements.)

Meet at the designated meeting point for transportation back to the hotel.- Participants are welcome to stay longer and continue enjoying the evening if they wish. However, please note that NomadHer’s return transportation will be provided only once around 8:00 PM. Participants choosing to stay later will need to arrange their own transportation back to the hotel.

Enjoy a slow and relaxing morning in Busan. Catch up on work, explore the neighborhood, find a beautiful brunch spot, or simply take some time for yourself!- Participants are highly encouraged to use the Seo-gu Workation Hub as their workspace during the day. *Please note that all participants are required to check in at the Seo-Gu Workation Hub at least once on Day 3.

1:00–5:00 PM | Female Leadership Workshop, Workation & Check in
Gather and check in at the Seo-gu Workation Hub for an afternoon dedicated to reflection, connection, and female leadership.

The workshop will be led by Hyo and Juhee (program leaders and program details are subject to change) and will create space to reflect on your experiences, exchange perspectives, and explore your own vision for leadership, business, and global opportunities.

The evening is yours! Continue conversations with some of the inspiring women you’ve met, gather for dinner, explore the neighborhood, or simply enjoy Busan at your own pace.

Make the night your own and enjoy the connections, conversations, and city around you. 

• Transportation may be provided for the afternoon departure around 12:30 from the designated point to the Workation Hub and for the return trip to the hotel after 5:00 PM. Participants will be responsible for arranging their own transportation for any morning activities, evening plans, or dinners.

Morning–09:30 AM | Slow Morning & Your Own Time
Enjoy your final morning in Busan at your own pace. After breakfast, catch up on work, take a walk, explore the neighborhood, or simply make the most of a slow and relaxing morning.

10:00 AM | Check-out & Meet Up
Check out of the hotel and meet at the designated meeting point with your luggage.

10:15 AM | Departure for the Final Busan Experience
We’ll head together to one of two special experiences. The final program will be confirmed and shared with participants in advance.

11:00 PM | Temple Experience
Slow down and experience another side of Busan through a peaceful temple visit, including a traditional tea experience and Korean temple cuisine (사찰음식).

1:30-2:00 PM | Farewell
Wrap up our journey together and say goodbye after a memorable few days of women empowerment, connection, workation, and new experiences in Busan.
