DAY 1

Day 1, October 6th (Tue) | Arrival, Orientation & Busan Night

📍 Busan Station Workation Hub & Songdo Beach

Participants will arrive in Busan and check in at the Busan Station Workation Hub at 3:00 PM. The program begins with an orientation introducing the full itinerary, workspace facilities, and practical guidelines, followed by a relaxed networking session with fellow participants. After checking in at the hotel in Seo-gu at 6:00 PM, the group will experience Busan from above on the Songdo Cable Car, enjoy the sparkling coastal night view, and connect over a welcoming networking dinner.

DAY 2

Day 2, October 7 (Wed) | BOUNCE 2026 Conference Day 1

📍 BEXCO, Busan

Participants will join the official sessions and selected conference tracks at FLY ASIA × BOUNCE 2026, one of Busan’s leading global startup events. A special highlight will be the Global Women Founder Talk Show, featuring three inspiring women leaders from the startup, global venture capital, and accelerator sectors. The day concludes with BOUNCE Conference Women Night, offering an energetic setting to meet founders, investors, and startup professionals from Korea and around the world.

Day 3, October 8 (Thur) | Women Leaders Workshop & Leadership Night

📍 Busan Seo-gu Workation Hub

The day begins with check-in at the Seo-gu Workation Hub at 9:00 AM, followed by a Vision Board Workshop led by Juhee Jeong from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Participants will reflect on insights gained from the BOUNCE Conference, visualize their future business opportunities in Busan, and connect their personal goals with the city’s startup ecosystem. In the afternoon, the Global Women Founder Workshop will bring participants together for a collaborative team-building experience focused on women’s leadership, shared challenges, and meaningful peer exchange. The day ends with Women Leadership Night, a warm networking dinner designed to deepen relationships among global women founders and startup professionals.

DAY 4

Day 4, October 9 (Fri) | Reflection, Surfing & Farewell

📍 Songjeong Beach

Busan After checking out of the hotel at 11:00 AM, participants will travel to Songjeong Beach for a refreshing final day by the ocean. At 1:00 PM, the group will join a beginner-friendly surfing class led by a women’s surfing champion. The experience offers a chance to recharge, step outside the comfort zone, and celebrate the connections built throughout the program. The workation concludes with a final reflection and farewell, leaving participants with new friendships, fresh business inspiration, and meaningful memories of Busan.

Accommodation

Our home in Busan is a modern residence-style hotel located just a few minutes’ walk from Songdo Beach. Each participant will stay in a private deluxe room with a king-size bed, kitchenette, washing machine, and free Wi-Fi. Please note that laundry detergent is not provided. The hotel also offers convenient access to Songdo Marine Cable Car, nearby cafés, restaurants, and coastal attractions. *Note that we will request ocean-view rooms, but it doesn't mean ocean views is guaranteed.*

i.e.) If the trip takes place on Nov 30th, you would be eligible for a full refund up until Oct 31st.

Cancellation requested between 30 and 15 days before the event: 50% refund

i.e) if the trip takes place on Nov 30th, you would be eligible for a 50% refund until Nov 15th.

Subsequent requests less than 14 days before the event: No refund
